Cheesy Free Blonde....all in that order....

I love corn. I love cheese.  So, Wahlah.  A cheesy corn casserole.  It turned out a little bit mushier throughout than I wanted but, I followed the recipe ... well, okay...soooooooo, maybe I added more butter than called for .... next time I'll leave out the extra 1/4 cup butter!  :)

If you love freebies... try out Walmarts Free samples!  I have received lots of goodies through the mail from them.  I have received shampoo, conditioner, dog food, cat food, diapers, etc....no limit.  I just filled out the very short form (just my address and email) for Rachael Ray's new dog food free sample.

Why do blondes always smile during lightning storms?
They think their picture is being taken.

  1. Libby, don't get me going on blonde jokes, as I have a million of them. I am trying not to tell them anymore, as some of my best friends are blonde, at least for the moment.

  2. Hey! My middle name is 'free'
Mrs. Geezer thinks it's Jose but it's really 'free'
Although now that I think about it....sometimes she says my middle name is 'cheap'
    Thanks for the tip.

  4. yum on that casserole!! good luck, I hope you win the mixer!! always fun to get freebie things too!!

(I agree with your comment on my recent post; there are lots of times Christian people suffer a lot before they pass; I just think in this particular case it was so merciful she went so fast since her husband had a rough time with prostate cancer about 9 years before where he had a tenuous course. I do think God knows best (as you do too) on how we all come to leave this world and enter eternity with him. What I forgot to write in my post is her daugher - my sister-in-law - always worried about when it would happen with her mom, where she would be etc. To have it happen at church was such a blessing for her too. I used to pray that my mom would have a peaceful passing, fall asleep on earth, wake up in heaven, and God granted that for her which was soooo comforting for me; thanks for your comment about it too :)
